Shipping & Handling
We ship within 1-2 days of receiving payment
for your order. We prefer to use Canada Post, or Canada
Post Expedited Services as it provides the best rates and
service to you. By request at additional expense, we can
deal with most courier services for faster delivery.
Canadian Orders
Protect A Pan’s delivered to Canadian addresses are charged GST.
Protect A Pan’s delivered to Ontario addresses are charged PST.
U.S. Orders
Protect A Pan’s delivered to American addresses are not charged any state tax or federal taxes or duties. Payment of these is the responsibility of the purchaser.
International Orders
Please email us first for delivery options and best rates prior
to ordering. You are responsible for any duty or taxes on the
shipment.
Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase we will accept product returns within 30 days of shipping provided it is returned in original packaging, in “as received” condition and accompanied by receipt. We will be happy to credit you with the purchase price excluding any shipping costs.
Gifts
We are happy to send your complete order to an address different from yours. If you wish, we will include a card and a personal message, email us for this service.
